Returns

At SHILPOGRAM, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at customersupport@shilpogram.com or WhatsApp: +919932928918 with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for confirmation and instructions before sending your item back.

Refunds

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. When your product picked up by courrier, we will start refund process. You will get the refund to your original method of payment.


Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing may take 2-3 days depending on your payment provider.

Replacements

If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same product. Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
